Bertrand (whom you can find at the Morcenx la Nouvelle market on Wednesday mornings or at the Mont de Marsan market on Saturday mornings) sells Pastis (Landes pastries with vanilla and rum) that Gérald makes. The Papa Pastis (serves 8) or the Bébés (individuals) will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth! They also make excellent bread, with natural sourdough.
Welcoming and passionate, Nelly has been growing saffron bulbs in Arengosse since 2017.
All tasks are done by hand: planting, weeding, harvesting, pruning, and drying, of course. Her saffron has been laboratory-tested: category 1, the best!
From pure saffron to the saffron products she transforms, she selects organic and/or local materials. For containers and packaging, she uses glass, cork, kraft paper, linen, jute, wood, and more.
