Because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we offer you: 100% homemade pastries (brioche, madeleines, muffins), bread from the bakehouse with peasant & old-fashioned flour, squeezed orange juice , local cheese and cold meats. Fall in love with the scrambled eggs (from our casserole dishes).
Share your dinner with us and discover the culinary heritage of the Landes in a friendly atmosphere. 100% organic, 100% local, we choose our partners according to criteria of indulgence, state of mind and quality. If you have food allergies, intolerances or beliefs, do not hesitate to let us know when you book, we can adapt.
For your late arrivals, we offer gourmet baskets so as not to sleep on an empty stomach and you avoid sandwiches on motorways. A jar of foie gras from our favorite family farm, duck rillettes, a cheese platter, the seasonal vegetable, vegetable quiche and a small fresh fruit salad. € 35 for 2 people.
A day at the Ocean or at the Arjuzanx Reserve Lake? Don't want to ask yourself questions about your midday meal? No worries, we offer an insulated basket consisting of a starter, a main dish, a dessert and a bottle of wine.
Our favorite family farm in Chalosse, Ferme du Vieux Bourg! Succulent ducks running in the countryside and feeding on wheat! Duck rillettes with shallots, duck legs, duck breasts and of course the foie gras available in our cabinet of curiosities!
Another wonderful meeting! Joff left everything for a lifestyle full of common sense! No strawberries in December, no tomatoes in February and we are delighted at the Baccara Lodge. Vegetables with their true taste & all their vitamins. No pesticides, no chemical fertilizers just plant or variety combinations and lots of elbow grease.
Bread with peasant flours, croissants, focachia… Amélie and Marion have a vision full of common sense! No modified flours, which implies a “normal” gluten not processed by humans, a wood oven and most importantly bread with flavor! As for the circuit, it is ultra short since the girls are installed in Villenave (3 km from Baccara Lodge).
Born of the collaboration between Jean-François Pottier, father of a family in professional retraining and Julien Dumora, professional rugby player, also father of a family. Friends for over 10 years, their joint project was born in 2017. From their complicity, a brewery was born in the Landes. Nowadays, the subject of ecology and environmental protection is unavoidable. Organic beer is obvious. Beer is brewed at Lit et Mixe, at one of the creators of La Petite Landaise. Small machines, small tanks, small space, but great hopes.
